Trust and data integrity matter in production CAD drafting. This Privacy Policy outlines how DraftsmanPro (the "Plugin"), an extension for Autodesk AutoCAD, handles your information.

DraftsmanPro is engineered for local, offline drafting workflows. Our privacy approach is straightforward: We do not collect, store, or transmit your DWG files, takeoff data, or personal information as part of normal tool use.

The Plugin operates as a self-contained desktop extension within your local installation of Autodesk AutoCAD on Windows.

• No Drawing Logging

  Your drawings, area schedules, CSV exports, text, and geometry edits are processed entirely on your local workstation. No drawing content is uploaded to any server.

• No External Transmission

  Core drafting features do not use internet connections to upload telemetry, drawing data, tracking logs, or project configurations to any external server or cloud service. Processing stays local.

• No Online Account Required

  DraftsmanPro does not require an online account for core drafting features. Optional support email you send is handled separately from the plugin workspace.

• Local Settings & Logs

  Any plugin preferences and operational logs are written to local files inside the ApplicationPlugins bundle or on your machine and remain under your control.

The Plugin may be distributed via the Autodesk App Store.

• Licensing & Entitlements

  When downloading or purchasing the Plugin, transaction processing and user entitlement checks are managed by Autodesk. The Plugin only verifies local entitlement tokens when licensing is enabled for your distribution channel.

  Support references may point to ahmedalsayed.work or [email protected]. If you follow links to the support site in a web browser, standard web server logs apply on the browser side, independent of the plugin workspace.

This policy may update occasionally to align with new AutoCAD versions or distribution changes. Any updates will be logged here with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp. Because the app operates offline for drafting processing, functional privacy updates will not change the baseline rule: your drawing data remains yours.
