Privacy Policy // Survey Point Manager
Offline-first data sovereignty specification for the Survey Point Manager AutoCAD plugin. No coordinate collection. No external transmission. Local session control only.
Privacy Policy — Survey Point Manager
Trust and data integrity are fundamental to geomatics, land surveying, and engineering workflows. This Privacy Policy outlines how Survey Point Manager (the "Plugin"), an extension for Autodesk AutoCAD, handles your information.
Because this software is engineered around client-side efficiency and absolute data sovereignty, our privacy approach is simple: We do not collect, store, or transmit your files, coordinates, or personal data.
The Plugin operates as a completely self-contained desktop extension within your local installation of Autodesk AutoCAD.
- No Coordinate Logging
Your survey files, coordinate lists (CSV, GSI, SDR, etc.), point data layouts, and drawing parameters are processed purely in-memory on your local workstation.
- No External Transmission
The Plugin does not use internet connections to upload telemetry, coordinates, tracking logs, or project configurations to any external server or cloud service. Everything stays local.
- Session Logs
Any session operational metrics or transaction logs (e.g., the built-in History tracking feature) are stored locally on your machine within an isolated sandbox environment. They disappear or persist strictly under your local machine's control.
The Plugin is distributed via the Autodesk App Store.
- Licensing & Entitlements
When downloading or purchasing the Plugin, transaction processing and user entitlement checks are managed securely by Autodesk handles and APIs. The Plugin only checks local valid tokens to confirm your app entitlement state.

Our support references point to ahmedalsayed.work. If you follow links to the support site, standard web server logs apply on the browser side, completely independent of the plugin workspace.
This policy may update occasionally to align with new AutoCAD architecture iterations or local version rollouts. Any updates will be logged here with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp. Because the app operates purely offline, functional privacy updates will not modify the baseline rule: your telemetry remains yours.
